I worked out with Billy Blanks last night! There were only 30-40 of us in a dance studio. He put us through an hour workout and then chatted with us about fitness and motivation. The workout went super fast since I was having fun and I was pushed by having people I know around me. Surpisingly, I'm not that sore today. I can't tell if my minor soreness is from a TRX workout 2 days ago or from Tae Bo last night. Either way, it's a good sore!
