The new me!

So, yesterday I did a yoga class. Today I did a pilates reformer class. And I am preparing to start teaching a new class- Muscle Conditioning. All of these additions feel great! If you have any goals that you are debating, go for them! I have and I am so happy that I did:) Now, off to dance class tonight (which is another new thing I haven't done in a while)!
